Returns & Exchanges
Cancellation
If the item has not been shipped, a full refund can be issued.
Please send an email to support@mikovia.com with your order number.
We will process your request within 48 hours.
Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for payment.
Please note that it usually takes 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Return Period
All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
For non-quality-related returns (including but not limited to change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any return shipping or re-shipping costs.
Return Process
If there is an issue with the item you received, please email support@mikovia.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We will process the return request within 48 hours and reply with the result.
After receiving our response, please mark your order number and “Return” on the package, and inform us of the tracking number once the item has been shipped back.
After we receive your returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund.
If you decide to cancel your return request, you may keep the item and notify us via email.
Notes
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused or unworn, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping cost policy

If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Mikovia will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Digital products, including gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you will be covered.
Each product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated on the product page, please contact us at support@mikovia.com.
For any return or exchange request, please contact our official email first.
Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange
We offer a 6-month one-time exchange service for the same style.
If you need an exchange, please email support@mikovia.com with your order number.
We will process the exchange request within 48 hours.
Note: If the exchange item is no longer available, you may choose a product of equal value or a lower-priced product.

What should I do if I can’t find my order number?
To locate your order number:
