Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Mikovia! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we’re here to help.
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Refurbished or final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Mikovia will cover the return shipping cost.
No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. You will receive the full product price back once your return is approved (excluding any original shipping fees, if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@mikovia.com.
Exchange Policy
We offer one-time exchanges within 6 months for the same product style. If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or lower value.
