Shipping & Delivery

Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (00:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles).

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed starting the next business day.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on the destination.

Estimated total delivery time is 6–13 business days (processing + shipping).

This estimate excludes weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view tracking details in your account order history.

Carrier delays caused by weather, peak season, or operational disruptions may occur and are beyond our control.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first.

Mikovia is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
